Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Collecting for Property Damage in Auto Accident

I was involved in a car accident and I filed a claim with the other party's insurace agency(the damage is about $500). I was informed by the other party's insurance agency that the insured will not respond to the investigation and they will have to deny him coverage. What actions can I take to have my propery repaired other than filing this against my insurance(subrogation)?

Re: Collecting for Property Damage in Auto Accident

You could possibly file a lawsuit against the other party in small claims court to collect your damages. You might want to include the insurance company for failure to pay your claim. They could take action against the insured.
