Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Could a company be held liable for an employees car accident if it took place outside of work hours but had the company's magnet? For example, Lisa works at Bob's Pet Grooming doing administrative work. On the way home from work Lisa gets in a car accident with another car. Lisa's car has a Bob's Pet Grooming magnet on the exterior of the vehicle. Could Bob's Pet Grooming be held liable?
