Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

One of our company trucks was in an accident in Texas. The accident was not our fault. The insurance company is only willing to pay us a small amount to total our truck and a rental fee after the fact. We were unable to utilize the truck for two weeks before they even made us an offer and now it is a puny amount . Can I legitamately sue for loss of income?

Do I have a good case?

Generally, loss of income is a consequential damage, and wouldn't be recoverable. You'll want to read your insurance policy; it will tell you what's covered.
