compensation
I was a passenger on a public bus which was rearended by another driver, I aggravated a prior injury as a result. Am I entitled to compensation if so which party(ies) is/are responsible.

In rear end collisions, fault is generally attributed to the driver of the car who strikes the vehicle ahead of it. Many people try to get easy answers for questions that cannot be answered so easily. It depends upon the facts of your case, the injuries you have received in the past, the adjuster, the court, and the jury. I'm sorry I cannot do more to answer that question but it really isn't black and white.
