Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

To Whom It My Concern,

I had car accident that's other driver's fault. I filed a claim from the car's insurance company that the driver provided. The insurance company denied my claim with the reason I could not accept. I filed a small claim court against the insurance company. The insurance company called me said I have to sue the driver or the policy holder and not the insurance.

If I file against the driver or policy holder then I need the address which I didn't copy in the first place. I just have driver licence number and insurance policy number.

Am I sueing the right party?

If not, how do I get the address from the driver lincence?

Thank you for your help.

You need to sue the negligent person, which is the driver. You might be able to find his address using a web service that charges a fee. You also could hire a private investigator or an attorney.
