Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Construction going on at apartments where I live. While walking to my apartment, a brick fell off of scaffolding and struck me in the head causing huge bruise on my head and 2 black eyes. Who is liable for med bills? The apartment complex or the construction company?

As a result of your injuries, you are entitled to recover past and future medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, mental anguish, and disfigurement damages. Make sure you seek the proper medical treatment. Without knowing more I cannot tell you whether the apartment complex or the construction company are responsible for your damages.
