Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

cracked sidewalk

Can defense offer video evidence of many examples of "other" sidewalks with worse cracks and patches than one in my case as example of "reasonable care"- including patch infront of Plaintiff attorney office.

I think the objection would be "irrelevant". But, this is a question of trial strategy dependent upon many details not mentioned in your question.
