Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

my daughter was in a car accident in 2008 she was paid by our insurance for her pain and suffering. But we did not know that we should have been paid as her care provider at the time. Is it too late to request payment for our time off work to get her back on her feet?

Ask your insurance adjuster and/or agent.

If your daughter did not sign a release, then you should be able to ask for payment of her additional damages not already paid.
