Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My daughter was in a car wreck and the man that hit her has no inc. who has to pay for the lawyer and car repairs? He is still in jail for DUI and warrants

If the man who collided with her had no insurance, your daughter will have to file a claim under the "uninsured motorist" coverage on her own policy, or on the policy of the car owner, if that differs. If she has no uninsured motorist coverage available to her, unfortunately, it is very unlikely she will be able to recover any compensation.

I agree with the first posting attorney. Look at your daughter's insurance to see if there is uninsured motorist coverage.
