Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Defamation of character by opposing atty lies in court!
Oppsy atty Lies in court! Accusing me of saying that I Struck my already busted knee on the Dashboard of my car during a motor vehicle incident going only 4 miles an hour someone hit me from the rear!!! I never said that I hit my knee on ANY DASHBOARD!! Opposing Attorney starts screaming in court gets everyone off guard and says you all have heard her lie! We have it all on tape here! you liar! And now the Judge put it in his decision that I am not a creditable! This hurts!And the tape in the court room and what I said to Allstate dont match Up because the words dashboard Never came out of my mouth I said my already broken knee MAY have it the inside of car but I had a brace on my knee! when I say side I do mean the side like the side of my knee?? she even accused me of flexing my knee so I would tear my PCL!! that is what this court hearing was about extended injury of the PCL and I know it was from a bad cement body slam at work but she is trying to blam it on the car indicent! the opposing atty was kind hystercal not giving me any chance to speak! The judge supports her and her lies! and my reputation is ruined!!! Im sick to my stomach!!!!!!!!
