Defendents Motion for summary judgement

I am being sued. plaintiff has all of the wrong info.

I need to send a summary judgement to the judge showing my evidence that I am not included in this

lawsuit.

There are many technical requirements for a Summary Judgment to be valid. Unless the claim against you is in small claims court you will really need an attorney. If small claims court, then just tell your story to the judge.
