Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Denied by other insurance: Improper investigation

Auto accident on small Hwy. Police report states other driver at vault as I know is true. Filed with his insurance, two days later without talking to police officer or taking photos or seeing damage to our car...The claim was denied. Interviews were done by his company "does not put stock in the report, and does not need to see my car" Our ins. has taken over and will pay and fight them as they think we are in the right. Total on both vehicles.

I would go ahead and at least consult with an attorney sooner rather than later on this one. The denial of a claim without reviewing the police report or accident pictures sounds like bad faith on the other company's behalf.

If you have bodily injuries, you should see an attorney to see if you have a case. If you have property damage only, let the insurance companies fight it out and don't worry about it.
