Disbursment list
Should we get a disbursment list from our attorney showing what he's paid with the million we signed over to him? Is there a time limit on when we do anything abt getting one?

I am assuming you are talking about a settlement check and want an itemization of payments out of the settlement proceeds. Yes, the ethical rules require the attorney to provide you with an itemization.

Your question is unclear. What caused you to sign over $1,000,000 to a lawyer? If this was a result of a personal injury claim, the ethics rules require the lawyer to give you a written, detailed list of who got how much.
