Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

doctor got mad at me for holding the door open for him then gave me no name and stated that i broke his leg in high school his recommendation was that their's nothing wrong with me and that I would be alright with physical therapy I had dismissed my first attorney because the physical therapy was hurting me and their doctor could no answer why this and that was hurting me now this doctor unknown person was going to do the same Torture me he hurried into the office and told Maria I was on Dialysis and when I went to other doctor he attached his recommendation what can I do??????

Your attorney did not cause you to hurt from therapy for treatment of painful injuries which were caused by your wreck and which therapy was medically necessary. See new doctor, but what are you going to do if new doctor recommends therapy? Conservative treatment may be necessary.
