Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I was driving on the far left side of the street when a truck pulled out in front of me after he had stopped at a stop sign. I hit him in the side. The first thing that he said was that he did not see me because of a vehicle that was on my right side that blocked his view. I also did not know that my insurance had expired. He said that it was his fault. Is his insurance company responsible for fixing my car.

From the facts you have stated it appears that the driver of the truck is responsible and that his insurance should pay. If it refuses to pay, then you should call me to discuss your claim in more detail.
