What is emostional duress? 7-6-09
1) husband knowningly infects his wife?
2) husband says he is having an affiar without proof.
3) mocking his wifes cancer then withholding /belaying medical care.
4) leaving wife without dinner while she is ill.
5) not getting high blood pressure meds for.
6) husband causing wife to come off meds which is dangerous.
7) Leaving wife without dinner when she has no money or food.
8) knowingly partisibating in interferance with child custody with attorney of wife.
9) falsely accusing wife of thing then doing those things to the wife.
10) constant threats to kill himself if he doesn't get his way!
11) Husband withhold his employment while wife is minorly ill but withhold so long that the illness cascades into a secondary illness.
12) husband withholds employement funds while wife for basic care to hide his herpes and fibouds result in surgery to remove womb.
13) husband punches wife in stomach causing hiatal hernia which results in acid reflux which cause wife years on sleep issues. then weight gain then high blood pressure.
14) does high blood pressure take years off your life? YES. Test telomeres to tell physical age to
determing years off life.
15) he forces wife to have lude sex.
16) take trash from curb with no PI
