Is Emotional Duress? 7-6-09
1) threats to blow the house up then leaving a indigent spouse in that home for 5 years. with gas leaks?
2) threats to do what he wants or he will blow up the home which the wife has equity in and she doesn't work due to medical issues.
3) the working husband forces he none working wife to do all the house and yard work while she has a bad back and medical consult not to do yard work or house work.
4) Husband admits to being part of back dating his DBA shares to 1984 when he, and his motherinlaw are on tape, admitting that his shares were signed after 2000, when his mom died.
5) withholding medical care from a none working spouse, cancer.
6) husband over spends on 4 extra cars with extra insurance while wife going uncared for medical, cancer.
7) He forging wife name on IRS refund check then depositing the funds into his private account while the wife needed medical care.
8) having an affair and telling the sickly wife about his sexual deals. Just before her cancer surgery!
9) Having an affair, that girl who threatenes the wife, then the husband drops the PIP personal injury protection from wifes car then she is arrended by a guy whose lived on same street with the girl the husband just had affair with & family links.
