You may be able to sue: your employer, the school district, and possibly the manufacturer of the chair in order to ensure that you are fully compensated for your injuries and medical expenses.

You should immediately contact a personal injury lawyer as these cases are time sensitive.

You may call me or another personal injury lawyer, but your should definitely call a lawyer.

Good Luck!
