Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

What should I do if I may have been exposed to asbestos, while at work working on a house with a lot of mold? I already have asthma, its been almost a month and I am still having respiratory problems

You should, of course, get proper medical care. If your employer has worker's compensation or some other sort of injury/health plan, then you should pursue those benefits. If your employer did not supply you with particle masks and had no worker's compensation, then you might be able to claim he was negligent.
