Is there a way to file for out of pocket expenses with the homeowners insurance following a fall in someone else's home without fileing a lawsuit?

While the homeowner may have liability insurance, most of these claims are denied because the adjusters almost always say it was your fault for falling in the hole or whatever it was. Good Luck.
