Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

If someone fell because of some liquid on the floor and does not want to get a lawyer, what percent is one allowed to ask for in damages from that company?

Damages are not measured in percentages. You should ask for enough to cover your past and future medical expenses, lost income and other financial losses, plus fair compensation for your past and future pain and suffering. You will have a much better chance at getting a fair payment if you hire a lawyer.
