What field of law does my case fall under?

I worked for a well known (Self insured) Nat.Home Improvement Outlet. I suffered a (torn shoulder cuff)(in the spring of 2002) which was caused by my new immediate supervisor, as a result of his lack of experience, corp/Co. policies, procedures, safety, and the slavery type of environment to work fast or get fired. This national company is sely case fall under?. What kind of attys would handle my case?. Anything. I already have an atty for my wrongfull termination, but he todging my claim..(work related), however, I have suffered alot of pain and anguish and If possible, I want to modify the Co's practice. I am due to have surgery within the next few weeks.

You left out a lot of information such as the circumstances of your injury and the date of your injury. You stated that your supervisor was at fault, but did not explain. Since your employer is self insured and does not have workmans' compensation insurance, you must prove the employer was negligent.
