Hmm..W/o more details hard to tell.What leads you to believe there is faking going on?Once you have some EVIDENCE of fraud, there are a number of options.I'd be interested in hearing more.

If you're so sure, why do you think it would be hard to prove? Fact is, most personal injury claimants end up being woefully undercompensated.
