Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My friend damaged our laminent floors by walking on them with high heels with nail heads sticking out of them. Putting hundreds of dents on 1/3 of our floors. The floors need to be replaced entiely because they no longer make our laminent. Is she legally responsible for the cost to replace the entire floor?
