Golf Ball Injury at Golf Course

I was struck by a golf ball on 9-30-02. The person that hit me has not contacted me. I have received medical treatment and will receive same in the future.Whatis my course of action? The golf course said they are not liable.

The golf course would probably not be liable unless they were negligent. The person who struck you may be liable if you can show negligence.
