Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

my grandson had a wreck with no insurance. The other partys ins. co. is sueing him for the cost. Can they have his driver licence suspended?

Possibly. If he caused an accident with more than $1000 of damages, then yes, they can seek to have his driver's license suspended until such time as he makes restitution. Your grandson should still defend the lawsuit, however.

He should obtain an attorney as it can be suspended ..but most insurers will accept a payout..and he needs to be sure he gets justice
