Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

harassment

I, and my two new colleges, are being harassed by our previous employer. She closed her business and we started a new one. Two days later, she started sending threatening e-mails to us, text messages, and leaving phone messages. She's telling agencies and individual people that we are breaking the law, telling clients that we are diseased, cyber stalking us and, generally, ruining our reputations. We have not responded to any of this. What she's saying is untrue. What do we do?

Re: harassment

You should seek the advise of a local lawyer. The details of your case are too complex to adequately address at this site. You do, however, have a claim for defamation and may want to have a lawyer send her letter or file a lawsuit.
