Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

i was hit by an 18 wheeler who crossed over in my lane come to find out that my license has been suspended will that matter because i didnt know

It sometimes can be brought up as an issue and a jury might place a little blame on your for having a suspended license, depending on where it happened. I wouldn't be too worried about that if the wreck was the fault of the 18-wheeler.

The fact of it being suspended should be inadmissible at trial since it has nothing to do with how the accident happened.
