Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My home address is being spread around the web in video games, and I have traced the IP of the person spreading my address, How can I persecute them? I am getting unwelcome visitors to my home, and would like to prevent him from further ruining my life.

What charges can I press, and what legal routes of action can I sue them for personal damages?

Probably could get a restraining order and damages but it would be expensive.
