Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

hurt in car wreck

I was hit in the side of my bronco by a 15 year old who has no drivers license when he ran a stope sign flipping my bronco. My 5 year daughter got out with a cut on the foot but it broke my back. what do I need to do to make sure I get a fair settlement? And do I even have a case?

Re: hurt in car wreck

You should contact an attorney regarding not only the case against the 15 year old, but you also have a potential "roll over" case for which the Bronco is notorious.

Re: hurt in car wreck

You apppear to have two different lawsuits. To

begin with the parents of the 15 year old are probably

responsible for the damages caused by their child.

The second case is a roll over case against Ford.

The Bronco is known to roll over and there have been

many suits against Ford as a result.

We handle these types of suits in both Texas and California and I would be please to discuss this with you. You can call me at 512 392 5010
