Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

hurt on oil rig

I was injured on an oilfield rig 14 months ago.I have been unable to work since.I cannot stand or sit for any time at all. I've had every pain management treatment you can count. I am getting worse. The impairment rating from the insurance company was given a five. The doctor that did the rating didn't even have all the necessary paperwork. He refuses to change his mind.I have been to a nuerosurgeon and was told that operating would not help,too much damage. Now they recommend I go to a nuerosugeon in Houston. We feel we are being railroaded, Please help us.If you cannot help us in any other way maybe you could help me find someone to at least advise me on what to do.
