I got hurt signed a liability waiver and can I still sue for them not claiming taxes and for not having work compensation? ?

Facts you gave are confusing. Did you waive liability of "them." Who are "them". What does not claiming taxes have to do with liability. If them is your employer, w/o comp, and no comp, sue them if your injuries are substantial enough.
