Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
my husband was ran over by a forklift at work and have injuries. can he sue

It depends. If the forklift driver worked for a different company, your husband can "sue" (make a claim). If the forklift driver worked for the same company as your husband, and there is no workers' comp, again, your husband can sue.
Please call me to discuss your options.
Maybe. That depends on a lot of things, such as: Who was operating the forklift? Does his employer have worker's comp? Was there something wrong with the forklift (defective?) that caused this to happen?
Need a lot more information in order to properly advise your husband of his rights and options.

I don't have enough information on this to give you an answer. When did this happen? Why was he run over? (problem with the forklift, brakes or driver?) Is there worker's comp? Feel fee to call me if you wish to discuss this.
