Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

If someone illegally entered your home and stole false health documents to intentionally use against you in your summons and complaint against a municipality and various defendants. What kind of charges can I bring on the person whom gives them to the judge?

You can call the police and/or sheriff and make a report that your home was burglarized. This question leaves a lot to be desired in the way you have laid it out, but my answer is narrowly tailored. This is also akin to someone coming in your home and stealing your marijuana. It's still burglary. But you might be charged for having stolen the documents. Careful how you proceed here.
