Injured on the job

I was injured on the job by no fault of my own and have been receiving twcc payments but now am unable to continue doing what i trained for and am still paying for training even though i can't use it also other loans had to be taken out to live on that would not have been nessasary if not for the injury and now twcc is trying to get by with not paying some money could i sue for anything to help pay these things off i was told i would owe no out of pocket money's

work comp insurance is to help immediate needs...and does not make the worker whole..as the maximum weekly pay was $540, now $672 pr 70% of pre injury wage..and medical expensse..but it is not TWCC, now DWC, which controls ..but the insurance company..so you need to contact DWC or get an attorney..DWC will NOT go to Court for you..

Is there a liable 3rd party such as someone other than your employer and/or its employees that injured you or were you injured due to a manufacturing defect? If so, then you might be able to get outside comp to sue. Otherwise, you need to find a lawyer who handles comp claims to assist you.
