Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

injuries to my son

my son, continues to receive both verbal and physical abuse from a certain older boy on his school bus.

what can we do, outside the school system, to stop it? how can we prevent this child from riding the school bus and abusing our son, as well as other children?

im going to my sons school in the morning, to address the issue again, hover i feel some form of legal action will be required to end this abuse.

our son is not a wimp, and we as educated pareants, would not normally go to such links, however we are afraid it is begining to affect his education and mental state.
