injury on private property
im watching 2 kids for a favor his brother pushes him off the trampoline breaks his foot,,am i responsible for the hospital bills

Maybe. If you acted negligently, you could be legally responsible. Since the brother did the pushing, even if you were negligent, I would argue that you were only partially responsible. If the kids are young, it might be nice for you to offer to pay something towards the hospital bills. Payment is not admissible evidence at trial.

If you were in your home, call your homeowners insurance which covers "accidents" which may be "liability"....
