No Insurance auto accident
If someone hit me and they didn't have any auto insurance, is there any way to get reimbursed for expenses from them?

You should turn over toyour own auto insurer and you should always carry uninsured motorist coverage..if you did not..you can sue in JP court..and try to collect from someone who probably has nothing

Most people who are uninsured are that way because they can't afford liability insurance. You can sue them, but your chances of collecting any $ are not good.
