insurance company suspending drivers license

How can in insurance company suspend a valid drivers license over an accident where no moving voilations were issued and Threaten bodlily hurt to person that was hit by the other person's insurance company?My TDL shows it does not expire till 2004 but the insurance company won't insure me because the other person's insurance company suspended a state given right??

No insurance company can legally suspend anyone's driving license or driving privileges. It is none of their business, as all matters concerning driving privileges are regulated by the State, not a private industry.

Whether or not a company will insure a particular driver is entirely up to the company.
