Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
was involved in an accident where the other party was at fault and their lawyer keeps putting off the deposition and they want me to pay all medical bills and they will reimburse me but I don't have the means to pay that. I am currently unemployed. This has been very stressful ti me ans ny lives ones. How can I stop this abuse and settle?

If you are represented by an attorney, then he's the best person to talk to regarding this. Some lawyers lend clients money to help with living expenses. Also there are lending companies, but they charge outrageous interest rates and I cannot advise using them unless absolutely necessary.
You cannot make the defendant pay you a settlement. That is a compromise usually made to avoid the cost of litigation/trial.
