Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

if I am involved in an auto accident am I required, by law, to allow the other driver to take pictures of my vehicle damage?

Anybody anywhere has the right to take pictures of anything he wants to, as long as he doesn't commit trespass (such as climbing your back yard fence). But if somebody is demanding that you sit around for an extra 30 minutes while he takes photos, the answer is no, you don't have to do that.
