Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

What is done when you are involved in a hit and run me being the one that hot hit while the car was parked no one in side and happend on a private road this road being a trailor park road and the driver that hit my car was drinking.

If you know who the driver is, then try to get that person's insurance information. If you have uninsured motorist coverage on your insurance policy, then file a claim with your insurance. The district attorney will likely order the driver to pay restitution if the driver has been charged.
