Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Jiffy lube Employee backed our car out of a bay and damaged the side mirror. They seem to be ok with reimbursing us for the damage - paying a body shop directly. My wife would rather have them cut her a check directly. We have an estimate from a body shop. There is no lien on the car. Do we have to supply them with a receipt from a body shop - or can we demand payment directly?

yes..but they do not have to pay without a court order...so consider the costs
