Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

on job injury

i had a guy work for me and he fell out of a tree and recieved 26 stitches on his leg. prior to working, i had him sign a release of injury form. can he still sue?

yes...if you do not have work comp insurance, you can be sued for negligence..
