Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

How to get a lawyer to help me with a crooked bullying controlling husband holding all the purse strings. Legal aid will not even call me back or speak with me at all. I was in Texas for past decade with him. At this time I'm in transit because he's a control freak and a diabolical man.
