Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

my lawyers office told me that the release form and check is at the office awaiting for me to sign. Is thar against the law cuz I thought the release form comes first and then after it is signed the check os sent weeks later

No - our office gets checks with the releases all the time - not sure why you would be upset that your check is available to you sooner :)
