what is my liability where my name is on the title of a car but i do not drive it in texas

Call your insurance agent about this and ask them this question. If the car is not insured, find out what it would cost to insure for liability only. If your name is on the title and someone has a wreck while driving it, if I were representing the hurt person, I would sue you. Others might not. I do not know the law book answer off the top of my head.
