Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Liable and my family

I live in Texas. My exhusband and his new wife (who's a paralegal) have been posting things on their Myspace accounts about me and my children along with my new husband and my daughters boyfriend. They have avoided using names until Now. The ''wife'' has posted a picture of a woman and states that she found a picture of me (using my name) . She has also made a blog stating that my exhusband is not my daughters biological father. All of this stuff is seen by people we know and it is demeaning to say the least. Wouldn't I have a case of liable? I have the printed copies of all the post they have made regarding myself, my husband, my daughter, my daughter's boyfriend and my son.

What type of attorney do I need to contact for help with this? Just FYI My ex-husband has been indicted and charged for aggravated sexual assault of a child (our daughter, the one the wife is mouthing off about). We are waiting to hear of a trial date. We have not responded to any of the comments they have made.

Is there anything at all that can be done?

Is there any thing that can be done to the wife since she is a Paralegal?

You could hire a lawyer to sue for defamation and for an immediate order to have the defamatory information removed from Myspace. This will, however, cost you $ since a lawyer will probably not want to do the work on a contingency fee basis.
