Midland Cops Beat a Man Causing Stroke and Brain Damage

aug 3, Midlan Tx, man 49, has minor accident.DPS comes to home, arrests him..Take him to ER for Blood test. Charge in DWI. Take him to Jail. There they Beat him to a Pulp. Nurse says this man is not drunk, he is having a heart attack/stroke. They take him back to ER, shackled for 2 hours, beat to hell and state 2 ER that he was in Bad Motorcyle wreck. Blood Test is Clean. Now he is Rehab. Can Not Speak or Write or Feed Himself.Can not walk Properly. Has Massive Clot in Head..Is awaiting Brain Surgery as soon as swelling goes down enough not to kill him..#1-ER Doc released him the first time while he was having some sort of Medical Problem. #2- Cops almost kill him and lie to ER about what happened to him. The wreck has not even a fender bender. the DPS, said it didn't know the dust off fenders. While in their custody, he was treated well. Tapes to prove it. Now Midland PD is saying their Video was down that night.That have told so many different lies that don't remember what they said last. Can they get away with almost killing someone and his doc says the beating caused the stroke. Pics were taken at the hospital.His parents are very intelligent well read people who may still lose their son because of Police Brutality..
