Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My mother was hurt at a large store on their escalator

My mom was in a large department store and was stepping onto the escalator. The escalator caught her shoe and flung her to the ground. She was caught and could not get up. The steps continued to hit her arm, back and legs until someone was able to get it turned off. Is the store liable for her medical expenses?

Normally, the escalator company would be liable if negligence could be shown. Our firm has handled a number of escalator and elevator cases and we would be happy to review your case. There is no fee for the initial consultation.
